Arielle recommends to buy organic products. Sometimes these can be too expensive or unavailable so she buys regular too,  

A good starter list for organic produce is the "dirty dozen" and the "Clean 15." Look them up!

Lunch, Dinner & Kids recipes' ingredients are not in the basic pantry ingredients.
